The original building, the former friary of the Augustinian priests, houses the dining hall and kitchen as well as a small chapel.
The dining hall offers a spacious place for groups to enjoy buffet-style meals prepared by our staff. During the colder weather, a lovely fireplace adds warmth and a cozy atmosphere to the hall. Both the dining hall and chapel can be used for break-out groups during a retreat.
The guest house includes overnight accommodations for up to 30 retreatants. Each of fifteen rooms includes two single beds and a desk and chair. All rooms have a private bath with walk-in shower and either a balcony or small patio. Two of the rooms are handicapped equipped.
The guest house also contains a conference or meeting room with comfortable chairs to accommodate group gatherings. It has a small, raised stage with an altar for Catholic Mass.
Sixty-three wooded acres are home to the Retreat Center. The grounds include several groomed walking trails, one with a beautiful set of outdoor Stations of the Cross. A well-manicured grotto area includes a stage and modified Chartes labyrinth. Throughout the grounds there are both natural and hand-created water features and quiet spots for reflection. Small shrines to several saints dot the hillside.
